FOR ATHLETES WHO CHOOSE MY ONLINE COACHING OPTION, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE PERIODIZATION. THE PROGRAM WILL BE UPDATED WEEKLY AND YOU WILL SEND IN VIDEOS DAILY. ADJUSTMENTS TO THE PROGRAM ARE MADE BASED ON SPECIFIC ADAPTIONS TO THE PROGRAM AS WELL AS CONFOUNDING EXTERNAL STRESSORS.
WITH CONTACT BEING DAILY, IT RESULTS IN A UNIQUE COACH-ATHLETE RELATIONSHIP THAT ULTIMATELY MAXIMIZES THE LIFTERS PERFORMANCE.
OVERTIME, YOUR TRAINING WILL ESSENTIALLY GROW ALONG WITH YOU. EACH TRAINING BLOCK IS TRACKED AND ANALYZED TO TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN FOLLOW PAST UP-TRENDS AND AVOID HITTING ANY DOWN-TRENDS.
RECOVERY IS A TRAINING CONCEPT THAT CANNOT BE IGNORED; BECAUSE OF THIS, I MAKE SURE EACH ATHLETE IS SUPPLIED WITH PROPER RECOVERY TECHNIQUES, INCLUDING NUTRITION/SLEEP TRACKING, COMPREHENSIVE MOBILITY AND WARM-UPS, AND EVEN A TEAM PHYSICAL THERAPIST WHO WORKS INTEGRATIVELY WITH THE PERIODIZATION IN CASE OF INJURY.
