12 Week Full Power "Versatility" Program
This is a 12 week RPE and percentage based linear Progression/ DUP program.
It is customizable to the lifter and provides simple and effective instructions to help you get stronger. It is a 3 OR 6 times per week program that can be condensed into three days if needed.
What makes this unique from other programs is that it will work for all levels of lifters and it is 90% customizable.
It teaches you how to program yourself using the basic fundamentals of programming and is very informative. Versatility is an intermediate level rated program that requires knowledge and experience with RPE/RIR. It is also self-regulated, meaning you choose your weights.
